2. Services Provided

We offer an automated response system for Yelp leads, which includes:

  • First auto-reply within ~12 seconds

  • Two follow-up messages

  • Lead info delivered via email

Upgraded plans may include CRM, calendar sync, SMS, and payment integrations.

3. Payment

  • One-time setup fee: $250

  • Monthly plan: $99/month

  • Optional upgrade: $499/month

  • All payments are due in advance. Cancel anytime, no refunds on past payments.

4. Client Responsibility

You must:

  • Add our bot email as a user to your Yelp account

  • Provide message scripts and email for lead delivery

  • Respond manually if the client replies with a specific question the bot can’t handle

5. Service Limitations

Response time is based on Yelp’s notification delivery. We aim to respond within 12 seconds, but cannot control third-party delays.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We reserve the right to terminate service for abuse, misuse, or non-payment.

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee job bookings, leads, or response accuracy. Our service improves response speed but does not replace human interaction.
